- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 30 ml water
- 40 ml lemon juice

- 300 g soft cream cheese
- 75g powdered sugar

- 3 eggs
- 190g sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 10 g cornstarch
- 130 ml lemon juice
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Dough: Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until fluffy. Gradually add the sugar and beat until pale and thick. Gently fold in egg yolks, flour, baking powder, lemon peel, water, and lemon juice. Pour into a greased and floured cake pan.
