  • Salmon fillets (skin removed)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 heads broccoli
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 carrots
  • Olive oil
  • Italian herbs
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Several cloves of garlic
  • For the sauce: 1 onion, 100 ml dry white wine, 150 ml fat cream, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese


  1. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  3. Cut broccoli, zucchini, and carrots into large pieces. Toss in olive oil, salt, Italian herbs, and Parmesan cheese. Spread on a baking dish.
  4. Bake vegetables for 15 minutes.
