Ingredients:

  • 2 8-inch tortillas
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 0.7 tbsp minced garlic
  • 15g butter
  • 40g bacon (optional)
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • Sriracha sauce to taste
  • Tomato Salsa:
    • 5 cherry tomatoes
    • 25g onion
    • 20g jalapeno
    • 2 pinches of salt
    • Black pepper to taste
  • Mayo Sauce:
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 3 tbsp condensed milk

Directions:

  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and scramble until cooked.
  4. If using, cook bacon in a separate skillet until crispy, then chop.
