  • 200g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 100g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying


  1. In a large bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
  2. Add parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Dip each ball in beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C).
