- 50g (1.8 ounces) dried cranberries
- 30g (1 ounce) oatmeal
- 60g (2 ounces) almonds
- 30g (1 ounce) peanuts
- 20g (0.7 ounces) pumpkin seeds
- 15g (0.5 ounces) sesame seeds
- 15ml (0.5 fluid ounces) honey
- 130g (4.6 ounces) dark chocolate without sugar
- 20ml (0.7 fluid ounces) olive oil
- 10g (0.4 ounces) pumpkin seeds for garnish
Directions:
- Soak dates and dried cranberries in cold water for 15 minutes to remove preservatives.
