  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar (minus 2 fingers)
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 and 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teacup water
  • White chocolate for filling
  • Dark and milk chocolate for coating



  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla and mix well.
