Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Green onion, chopped
  • 2 tortillas
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Bacon crumbles
  • Spinach leaves

  • Cheese slices
  • Unsalted butter

 

Directions:
