For the Chicken Marinade:

  • 100g chicken breast
  • 100ml milk
  • 16g (2 tbsp) wheat flour
  • 2g (1 tsp) chili powder
  • 2g (1 tsp) curry powder
  • 9g (0.5 tbsp) minced garlic
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 0.4 tsp pepper powder

For the Powdered Seasoning:

  • 32g (4 tbsp) wheat flour
  • 16g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
  • 2g (1 tsp) chili powder
  • 2g (1 tsp) curry powder
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • A little pepper powder

For the Burger Sauce:

  • 40g (2 tbsp) mayonnaise
  • 15g (1 tbsp) honey mustard
  • 6g (0.5 tbsp) honey
  • 2g (1 tsp) lemon juice
  • 1g (1 tsp) parsley
  • 2g (1 tsp) sriracha sauce
  • 0.4 tsp pepper powder

For the Bread and Filling:

  • Burger buns (or toast bread)
  • 10g butter (for grilling the burger)
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices of onion
  • 2-3 romaine lettuce leaves
  • Cucumber pickle
  • 1 or 2 slices of tomatoes
