  • Ingredients:
    • 80 g oat flakes
    • 100 g of raisins
    • 80 g of walnuts, chopped
    • 100 g of dried apricots, chopped
    • 1 banana, mashed
    • For the Glaze:
    • 160 g dark chocolate without sugar
    • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil

 

  • Directions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Mix oat flakes, raisins, chopped walnuts, chopped dried apricots, and mashed banana in a bowl.
    2. Line a tray with baking paper, place a 25 x 15 cm form on the tray, and spread the mixture evenly into it. Use a spatula to smooth it out.
    3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
    4. For the glaze, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or steamer, then stir in the vegetable oil until smooth.
    5. Remove the oatmeal mixture from the oven, let it cool slightly, then cover generously with the chocolate glaze.
    6. Refrigerate for approximately 40 minutes to set the chocolate. Enjoy your sugar-free energy bars!
