- 80 g oat flakes
- 100 g of raisins
- 80 g of walnuts, chopped
- 100 g of dried apricots, chopped
- 1 banana, mashed
- For the Glaze:
- 160 g dark chocolate without sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
- Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. Mix oat flakes, raisins, chopped walnuts, chopped dried apricots, and mashed banana in a bowl.
- Line a tray with baking paper, place a 25 x 15 cm form on the tray, and spread the mixture evenly into it. Use a spatula to smooth it out.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- For the glaze, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or steamer, then stir in the vegetable oil until smooth.
