  • 4 potatoes, grated
  • Spring onions, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass of milk (approximately 240 ml)
  • 200 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Cheese, grated (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for greasing

For the sauce:

  • Parsley, chopped
  • Plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste



  1. Prepare the Base: Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). In a large bowl, mix the grated potatoes, chopped spring onions, bell pepper, and carrot.
