Ingredients:
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sliced ham
- 100 g pineapple, diced
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 220 ml mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
Directions:
- Cook Potatoes, Carrots, and Eggs: In a large pot of salted water, add peeled potatoes and eggs. Bring to a boil. Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes and the eggs for 10 minutes. Add the peeled carrot when the water is boiling and cook for 5 minutes.
- Cool and Prep: Remove the carrot, eggs, and potatoes from the boiling water and place them in cold water to stop the cooking process. Then drain and peel. Cut the potatoes and carrot into small cubes. Mash the eggs.
- Cook the Ham: In a pan, add a little butter and cook the ham for 1 minute. Set aside.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper, mashed egg, onion, celery, pineapple, and carrot. Mix well. Add the cubed potatoes and ham to the bowl and mix until well combined.
