  • 1 potato (200g)
  • 1 onion
  • 50g carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 30g Parmesan cheese
  • 10g parsley
  • Salt, black pepper, paprika (to taste)
  • Bread crumbs
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

For the Cucumber Salad:

  • 300g cucumber
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

For the Dill and Garlic Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 8g dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced



  1. Dice the potato and boil in water until tender, about 15 minutes; drain and mash.
  2. Sauté diced onion and shredded carrot in olive oil until soft, then mix into mashed potato.
  3. Stir in egg, flour, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Form into balls, roll in bread crumbs, then flatten into patties.
  5. Fry patties in hot oil until golden on each side; drain on paper towels.
  6. For the salad, slice cucumber and salt it; let stand 10 minutes, then squeeze out water.
  7. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and sesame seeds; combine with cucumber.
  8. For the sauce, blend sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, and garlic.
  9. Serve patties with cucumber salad and dill sauce.
