  • 200 ml milk
  • 70g corn starch
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 peach (for garnish)
  • 20g sugar
  • 30 ml water
  • 6 g agar agar

  1. Prepare the Peach Filling: Peel and dice the 500g of peaches. In a blender, combine the diced peaches and condensed milk. Blend until smooth.
  2. Make the Peach Cream: In a saucepan, mix the peach juice, milk, and corn starch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Add the cream cheese to the cooled mixture and blend until smooth. Fold in the peach and condensed milk mixture.
  3. Assemble the Dessert: Pour the peach cream mixture into a serving dish or individual cups. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  4. Prepare the Peach Topping: Slice the remaining peach for garnish. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, and agar agar. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar and agar agar dissolve. Let it cool slightly, then pour over the set peach cream. Arrange the peach slices on top.
