Loaded Steak Quesadillas

Sizzling Steak Quesadillas with Roasted Peppers and Melted Cheese


  • 4 Wheat tortillas
  • 250 g Minced meat
  • 1 Grilled red pepper
  • 1 Grilled green pepper
  • 1 tsp Sweet pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Hot pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Chopped cilantro
  • 100 g Grated cheese


  1. In a frying pan, brown the onion in olive oil, then add the minced meat, salt, and spices. Stir until the meat is cooked. Let cool, then stir in the cilantro.
  2. Cut the roasted peppers into small cubes and mix them with the minced meat.
  3. Spread the minced meat mixture over one tortilla, sprinkle with grated cheese, then cover with a second tortilla and press down with your hands.
  4. Bake the tortillas in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 5 minutes. Cut the quesadillas into quarters and serve them hot.
