  • 5-6 potatoes, cut into small pieces
  • Water for boiling
  • 1 tsp salt (for boiling potatoes)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt (for meat mixture)
  • 1 tsp dry garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish
  • 8-10 slices of cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 tsp salt (for egg mixture)
  • 1 tsp oregano (for egg mixture)
  • 150 g cheese, grated



  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the Potatoes: Boil the cut potatoes in water with 1 tsp salt until tender.
  3. Prepare the Onion and Minced Meat: In a frying pan, heat some vegetable oil and fry the chopped onion for 3 minutes. Add the minced meat and fry for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add the Vegetables and Seasonings: To the minced meat, add chopped bell pepper, tomato paste, 50 ml water, 1 tsp salt, dry garlic, paprika, oregano, and black pepper. Mix well.
