  • Ingredients:
    • 2 chicken breasts

    • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp Chinese Shaoxing wine or dry sherry
    • 1 cup chicken stock
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Olive oil for frying
    • Garlic and ginger for sauce
    • Cornstarch and water for thickening
    • Optional: sesame seeds, spring onion for garnish
