  • 1 large zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 300 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 20 grams butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • A bunch of parsley, chopped



  1. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and roast the zucchini slices until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté the onion for 2 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add butter to the pan and increase the heat to medium-high. Add the mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes until they begin to brown.
  4. Stir in the crushed garlic, hot pepper flakes, paprika, and soy sauce. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
