- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 green peppers, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce (25g)
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste (20g)
- Seasonings: Paprika, black pepper, cumin

- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. Toss them with vegetable oil and salt.
