  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
