  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 potatoes, sliced
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter, small cubes
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp French mustard


  1. Marinate the Chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix soy sauce with olive oil and pour over chicken. Marinate for 30 minutes.
