Ingredients:
- 1 pound smoked kielbasa, sliced
- 3 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and brown the kielbasa slices until slightly crisp. Remove and set aside.
