Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken thighs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1.5 onions, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Dried dill, to taste
  • Dried parsley, to taste
  • A pinch of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • Fresh coriander, for garnish

 

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  2. Fry the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced onions, chopped tomatoes, sliced carrot, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.
  4. Simmer the Chicken: Return the chicken thighs to the skillet and cover with a lid. Let them simmer for about 10 minutes.
