Dough Ingredients:

  • Flour: 350g
  • Sugar: 1 tsp
  • Salt: 1/2 tbsp
  • Lukewarm Water: 200ml
  • Olive Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Instant Yeast: 1 1/2 tsp

Pizza Sauce Ingredients:

  • Oil: 3 tbsp
  • Garlic: 10 cloves, minced
  • Onion: 1 large, chopped
  • Oregano: 1/2 tsp
  • Chili Flakes: 1 tsp
  • Salt: As per taste
  • Tomato: 500g, pureed
  • Sugar: 1 tsp
  • Paprika: 1/2 tsp
  • Ketchup: 3 tbsp

Filling Ingredients:

  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Butter: 2 tbsp
  • Onions: 2 large, chopped
  • Ginger/Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
  • Green Chili/Curry Leaves/Bell Pepper: As per preference
  • Salt: As per taste
  • Turmeric: 1/4 tsp
  • Chili Powder: 2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder: 2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato: 1, pureed
  • Minced Beef: 350g
  • Milk: 1/4 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese: As needed



  1. For the Dough: In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add lukewarm water, olive oil, and instant yeast. Mix well and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  2. For the Pizza Sauce: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion, and sauté until translucent. Add oregano, chili flakes, salt, pureed tomato, sugar, paprika, and ketchup. Cook until the sauce thickens. Set aside.
  3. For the Filling: In a pan, heat oil and butter. Add onions and sauté until golden. Add ginger/garlic paste, green chili/curry leaves/bell pepper, salt, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and pureed tomato. Cook for a few minutes. Add minced beef and cook until browned. Add milk and cook until the mixture is dry. Set aside.
  4. Assembling the Mini Pizzas: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Roll out the dough and cut into small circles using a cookie cutter or a glass. Place the dough circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a layer of pizza sauce on each dough circle. Top with the beef filling and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
