  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 lemon
  • Parsley for garnish

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme



  1. Clean and pat dry 2 large tilapia fillets. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. In a plate, mix all ingredients for the dry batter. Coat the fish on both sides with the batter and shake off the excess.
