  • 300g powdered sugar
  • 100ml water
  • 10g gelatin or 15g agar-agar
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 100g chocolate (for topping)
  • 80g butter



  1. Prepare the Gelatin or Agar-Agar: Dissolve 10g of gelatin or 15g of agar-agar in 100ml of water. Follow the packet’s instructions for exact measurements and preparation.
  2. Make the Chocolate Layer: Crush the chocolate wafers into small pieces and set them aside.
