Full Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 115g water
  • 4g instant dry yeast
  • 10g sugar
  • 3g salt
  • 15g olive oil
  • 200g bread flour (all-purpose flour as an alternative)
  • 200g mozzarella cheese (add more if desired)
  • Your favorite vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
  • Pepperoni or ham
  • Pizza sauce (spaghetti sauce as a substitute)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine water, instant dry yeast, and sugar. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5 minutes until the yeast activates and becomes frothy. Add the salt and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Gradually add the bread flour, mixing until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  2. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to its highest temperature, usually around 220-250°C (428-482°F).
  3. Assemble the Pizza: Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release any air bubbles. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit your pan size. Transfer the rolled-out dough to your greased pizza pan. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Add your favorite vegetables and pepperoni or ham on top of the cheese.
  4. Bake the Pizza: Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
