  • 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken
  • 10.75 oz can golden mushroom soup
  • 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 oz ranch dip mix
  • 1 oz brown gravy mix packet
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 5 slices pepper jack cheese (adjust for desired flavor and consistency)
  • 24 oz frozen egg noodles (do not thaw)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in a 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Add the golden mushroom soup, cream of mushroom soup, ranch dip mix, and brown gravy mix over the chicken.
  3. Rinse the soup cans with part of the chicken broth and pour over the mixture, adding the rest of the broth.
  4. Layer pepper jack cheese slices on top of the mixture.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, stirring once halfway through.
  6. Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the slow cooker.
  7. Add the frozen egg noodles, stirring to combine.
  8. Cover and cook for another 30-45 minutes on high, or until noodles are tender.
