  • Ingredients:
    • 1 lb Pork Belly, thinly sliced
    • 1 Green Pepper, chopped
    • 1 Red Pepper, chopped
    • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
    • 1/4 cup Tempeh, crumbled
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
    • 1 tsp Chicken Essence
    • 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
    • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Directions:
    1. Clean the pork belly and cut it into thin slices.
    2. Clean and chop the green and red peppers.
    3. Crush the garlic and set aside.
    4. Heat a pan without oil, add the green peppers, and stir-fry until slightly tender. Remove and set aside.
