- 1 lb Pork Belly, thinly sliced
- 1 Green Pepper, chopped
- 1 Red Pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup Tempeh, crumbled
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Chicken Essence
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- Directions:
- Clean the pork belly and cut it into thin slices.
- Clean and chop the green and red peppers.
- Crush the garlic and set aside.
- Heat a pan without oil, add the green peppers, and stir-fry until slightly tender. Remove and set aside.
- Clean the pan, heat until smoking slightly, then add a little cooking oil and swirl it around.
