Full Recipe:

  • 4 pieces of salmon, skin removed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 12 small tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 400g spinach
  • 250 ml of cream
  • 40g of cheese (Parmesan recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon dried spring onions
  • Butter for frying


  • Prepare the Salmon:
    • Season both sides of the salmon pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the Salmon:
    • Heat a frying pan over high heat and add a knob of butter.
    • Place the salmon in the pan and fry for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and just cooked through.
    • Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
  • Cook the Vegetables:
    • In the same pan, add a bit more butter if needed.
