  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 170 ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth or warm water
  • 170 ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
  • A handful of parsley, chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and black pepper to taste



  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
