  • 200g spaghetti
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 100g grated cheese (Parmesan or cheddar)
  • Salt to taste
