Succulent Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Creamy Spinach and Cheese


  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
