Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 150g nduja sausage, peeled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until softened.
- Add the nduja sausage to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, for another 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the cream, chicken broth, and parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer, then season with thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the nduja sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
