  • 200g ground beef
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • 1 large eggplant, sliced
  • Unsalted butter
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Parsley, chopped for garnish

 

Directions:
